Google Quality Management

I never noticed this before. Google has a feedback form when you don’t get too many results to a given query. When I came across it, there were two results in the result page, and then a little link:

“Dissatisfied with your search results? Help us improve.
– Google SERP

Clicking on it leads you to a feedback form titled “Dissatisfied with your search results?”:

“Please tell us what specific information you were seeking. Also tell us why you were dissatisfied with the search results.”
– Google Inc., Dissatisfied with your search results?

(Googling the feature shows it’s been around for a while.)
