Gmail Spam

I’m currently getting around 1 spam mail per minute from the same address (moikkai@mail.goo.ne.jp), with the same content; I received thousands already. All I can do is create a filter to move them to trash automatically, but I still need to empty my trash manually. Not only is there no way to empty all trash at once – Gmail offers a “delete all” function which does not work properly – I also can’t block a sender (or create a filter which will delete a message forever). Beta schmeta, I hope Google gets this fixed soon... even old Hotmail had the option to add around 256 emails to your ignore-list.
