New MSN Search

A revamped MSN search front-page enters the Web, but result pages are still the same old. In the meantime, a search technology preview crawled out of the MSN sandbox and gives a temporary sneak peek at MSNs “brand new algorithmic search engine” searching through 1 billion pages. These results are very different from the main MSN search, and often with strange rankings and irrelevant pages. Then again, Microsoft is still hiring people to help improve it.

Python Gmail Access

LibGmail, which just found a new home at Sourceforge, is a Python project providing programmatic access to Gmail.
