Google’s Financial Results

Google releases their financial results for the second quarter 2005 and write of “record revenues.” Gary Price has a pseudo-transcript of the Google Q2 conference call.

Yahoo Toolbar

Yahoo releases a Firefox toolbar of their own. Lately, it seems the two search rivals are mirroring each other’s steps (sometimes Google’s first, and sometimes it’s Yahoo). According to Yahoo, the toolbar provides – besides the regular searching feature – spyware defense, re-finding of “My Web” pages, a connection to “My Yahoo”, and more.
