CyberWyre publishes a list of the best-paying keywords determined using the Google AdWords tool. The top 10 reads like a Best Of Spam:

7. $41.22 mesothelioma

10. $38.03 mortgage refinance

I might misunderstand CyberWyre but I think the price listed is per click on either the Google search results or sites running AdSense.
