Update: Printing.com tells me the following –

“The reported incident was carried out by a third party who are no longer contracted by the company. We were not aware that the techniques used contravened Google’s guidelines. As soon as we were made aware of this, we immediately removed the offending code from our site. We regret that this incident has happened and have taken steps to ensure that this issue does not reoccur in the future.”
