Google Protest Signs

The Don’t Be Evil blog has put together a collection of protest signs against Google’s self-censorship in China (and asks for your input for more protest slogans). We may see some of these on Google’s shareholder meeting on May 11. “You said you were different” wraps it up well for me.

Google Maps Europe?

It looks like Google Maps already has (unofficial) directions and a localized interface ready for some countries in Europe. Does that mean a launch for detailed maps for Europe is near? (E.g. for my own city – a relatively large one in Germany – right now only the satellite view works.)
