Microsoft’s guy responsible for leading the marketing war against Google has either given up, or has been fired – in any case, he’s not working with MS anymore, as CNN/ Reuters reports. Martin Taylor was only appointed in March, and partly responsible for the live.com technology playground.
Come on Microsoft, think long term... a “live Windows” is a good idea, only that your Windows Live completely wasn’t what it sounded like and should have been: a webified version of Windows + MS Office. What’s Live.com right now other than a fashionable usability mess (breaking basics such as the browser’s back button)?
