Bad Google Customer Service?

Matt Heaton, CEO of US web hosting company Bluehost, complains about Google’s customer service:

I will spend over $100,000 on google adwords this month. You would think that I could get some prompt service out of [Google]. No no no... I get some kid on the other end ... with a canned answer.
