Yahoo Color Schemes Generator

The colors of the sun?

This is an interesting concept: the Instant Color Schemes generator lets you enter any search term, like “sun”, and then finds the first five images for this term using the the Yahoo Image API. Now, the tool analyzes the most prominent colors from each of those images, and displays the colors for you along with their color code to use in other contexts (like a web design).
