Google Related Searches

Jake’s View reports that he received a “related searches” box below his web results (I can’t reproduce it, which hints at a Google prototype). He was searching for dreamweaver 8 download and under the headline “Searches related to: Dreamweaver 8”, Google displayed the links “dreamweaver 8 tutorial”, “dreamweaver 8 download”, “flash 8” and more. Clustering like this is quite common for other search engines (Yahoo shows “Also try: macromedia dreamweaver 8, dreamweaver 8 tutorial”), though Google steered clear of it so far, except for their Google Co-op and Google definitions features.
