Buzzword Text Editor (Video)
Buzzword [WMV] is a good-looking, Flash-based online word processor, and a potential competitor to Google Docs. The company behind it was recently purchaces purchased by Adobe, and you can sign-up for the private Beta invite queue if it looks interesting to you.
