Shorter Blue Bar on Google SERPs

Google is cutting off the right of the blue top and bottom bars for at least a portion of users. I’m seeing it now too. A while ago, Google also decicded to move ads more to the left.

Do you see this? I’m wondering if it’s a prototype or live for everyone.
