I'm bored, so I'll play :)

1) Nations owe money to private companies / individuals as well as other countries.
2) Dogs. If they eat more of it producers can conclude that it tastes better.
3) Darkness is not a thing, it is the absense of light. Just as cold doesn't exist, it's an absense of heat.
4) A black box does not remain undamaged (just) because of the material it's built with – it's how it is engineered.
5) You can't copyright a symbol or typeface.
6) Yes.
7) Those 'people' have clearly never been to a farm…
8) Why would they not be?
9) Salt water fish – yes. Freshwater, no.
10) Sure – if there's more than one person, or obstacles in the room.
11) Nests + balance.
14) Yes.
17) No. Depending on country they own a 'slice' from the top.
18) Speedometer max speed!= car max speed!= legal max speed.

You could argue that light is an absence of darkness and heat is an absence of cold or am I'm just being difficult? :-D

And sorry for the spelling mistakes in my last post, (Their -> They're and thee -> the)

Maybe – but heat is the result of atoms moving more quickly – so cold is a lack of speed. Light is the presense of light waves / photons, so darkness is the lack of photons. You can't measure darkness or cold, you can only measure the absense of light or heat :)

OK then, I can't come up with a reply to that that wouldn't get too confusing (for me :-D).

In dark the photons are present , they are not movable because of no external excitation. somebody has to excite photons , so they move higher energy level releasing a bit of energy, other grabs the energy excites and goes on.
