Why a harmful site indexed in google directory?

How many people round here still use Google Directory? (I know that's not the point). At least there's a warning.
And just clicking a few links 'Open Directory Project' taken to a page which in the top left corner says 'in partnership with AOL search' and who powers AOL search? |
That's because Google doesn't control these links; they come straight from the DMOZ Open Directory Project. |
