My brother is celebrating his birthday. He's 12 or something like that.

(My brain memory is running low ><)

Happy birthday to mini-David_Hetfield so! :)

I don't care about USA independence if they wouldn't care about my country's.

Happy B'Day young Hetfield ;-)

Google logo looks really patriotic this year, isn't it?

I agree although the first time Google celebrated Independance Day with a doodle it was for four days.

I don't know much about July 4th customs, but is that Eagle bringing a peace symbol?

It's just a national bird...

I don't care, I have to go to work anyways.

A quick search for "US Eagle" turned up this page which has quite a bit of info about the eagle.

Philip, The US has adopted the Bald Eagle as its national emblem. It appears on a couple of coins and also the Great Seal of the United States. If you take a look at the Great Seal you will also notice the Olive Branch as well.

Yes, i believe Philipp is right. Though it seems like a continuation of the letter ' g ' . So i'm not quite sure.

ASK has a full-page flag. Nicely done.

Google Mashup Editor has taken the occasion as a day to showcase what Google Mashups are capable of.
