what i dont understand is what would trigger the "are you stupid" ad to appear in the first place. i remember seeing it on iconbuffet.com which explained the ad on the right but there was nothing in the page about being "stupid"?!?! weird... if i could only understand the mystery that is the content network i might be more apt to apply it to our own ads.

One other way to make Google ads stand out is to get creative with the "layout" of the three to four lines of text. Most people just put in as much text as they can. So when you sacrifice one or two words, you can really stand out.
Example: 
reklama.visible.cz/upload/adwo ...
It's even better when you know which words will get emphasized (bold) by Google Search and plan ahead with that.

Adsense should disregard keyword customer defined. And use the content of advertise and landing page to match the content of the webpage which placed adsense.
