When did Google stop showing you that certain gadgets were already on your iGoogle page?

For example, I have a Digg gadget added to one of my tabs. In the past, I used to see a button that showed the gadget was added already to my iGoogle page. Now all I see is the usual 'add it now' button.

It's a bug/feature of the directory. You have to be on the tab page where the gadget is for the directory to tell you your using it.

I tried that before I even posted and it still shows the usual "Add it now" button.
