This has been around for quite a while (about the time when Google launched their linkbar thing across a few of their services).

Also, Google Pack Screensaver was renamed Google Photos Screensaver a while back leading to the idea that Google is preparing to relaunch Picasa as Google Photos.

They have a problem though.
In this image, there should be a link to the FAQ site, but there isn't. it's just an image. (even though it seems like a link)
