The sign up page doesn't look different to me, neither does the homepage when not logged in-- it's the homepage before logging in that has a new logo that replaced the old picture with all those people on it

also the orkut help and faq has been re-designed usually they have removed some unwanted blocks etc to make it clear and simple

! wouldn't it be nice if Orkut uses AJAX! everything is powered web 2.0
