I see no ads when I viewed them just now. I'm from SG.

I'm in ON Canada, and initially, I didn't see any ads either.

However, after installing Google's Web Accelerator (what basically amounts to a US proxy), I did see the ads. If you have a real desire to check them out, you might want to give this a try.

I can't see the video results in Google News either.

I do not see the ads on them. It may be that Google is experimenting on other videos and have temporarily closed down the ads. Or, is it possible that they show ads only on some select profile (based on web history) and not for all? Interesting to speculate on how far they could take the personalization idea in this realm.
