That actually only started happening to me this week, I turned my laptop on and the urge to see if Google Presentations had been launched overpowered my usual habit of going straight to my email.

Anyhow, i check this blog before Gmail for over a year now. (And i'm proud of it! :P)

Habits are hard to break though! Anyway Blogoscoped has been the first non-Gmail site I visit for ages, although the amount I check this site has increased a lot since I finished my GCSEs in June :)

When you drive 450 kilometers (including traffic jams) in order (among other things) to meet a couple of googlers ^^
