Google Apps (Enterprise Edition) at one point had this. I don't see it anymore but I used it on Aug 22nd. I did speak to a Google rep last week (as mentioned in one of your blog posts) and he told me that it will only show up if there is someone there and that is why I couldn't see it. I don't know!

Its a shame Firefox/Opera doesn't support Aero.

This feature was working in my account since January. Just checked my email and found the automatic transcript from January 9th and another one from a chat session a few weeks later. I didn't use support after that so not sure if it was still enabled until now.
