honestly, you cant really tell what level the guy's kung fu is. If he were a truly high belt, he likely would not have gone into a stance at all. the element of surprise is missing... but you never know.. kung-fu.telepotence.com

Looks kinda cheesy and you can be prosecuted for grevious bodily harm if you fight somone using martial art techniques (open hand,horse stance etc).
