Actually, they are Quaplo (or whatever it is called). Duplo is double the size of Lego and Quaplo is quadruple.

Yeah MJ you're right, the reason is I re-compressed Shimon's attached JPGs as they were too large, but compressing a JPG another time is always reducing quality even more. Here's the original files:

I just read the Gartner Web 2.0 report: 'Seven Ways Your Organization Can Benefit from Web 2.0'.
It's interesting, because when I read point 6, I thought immediately about this post! Check out what Gartner say:
