I semi-get the whole concept of Google Page Rank. However, based on my little experience, my blog at www.rockyjay.com, should have at least a 2-3 ranking, yet it is zero.

Is google somehow banning blogs, or is it because Typepad's domain mapping?

My domain is pointed as a means of CNAME? Could that be it?

No, Google in general isn't banning blogs. Look at my blog, it has a PageRank 7 (usually).

Several months. Yes, there are gazillion backlinks, but non of those show up when searching backlinks by google advanced search, hence this post...
