It looks like Blogger uses a general reviewing/poll service by Google. Links on Blogger polls start with: http://www.google.com/reviews/polls/display/

It shows all your previous reviews made in Google products like commenting on a hotel in Google Maps, gadgets in iGoogle, Google Product Search .. but I can't find my Blogger polls though ...
