Strange, I can't select "Google" by clicking on it. The click will just be ignored. I can select all the other options.

Ah, I get it now: it only works if you're not already using the Google option! The developers seem to have forgotten to actually highlight the option that's selected with blue, at least in certain weird cases (now it's gray...).
The Firefox options – including the bookmarks & bookmark manager – have serious usability issues, IMO... |

No such problem here (Linux Ubuntu 7.04 / Firefox 2.0.0.6). The previously set option is highlightened by default and you can highlight something else, and than go back to the previous one without any problems, everything works as expected. Check if the problem remains on a fresh Firefox profile. |
