Limiting a search to a specific book

Using google for searching within certain domains:

I use a service by the book publishers Oreilly. It's called safari, it has all the oreilly books available as ebooks for a monthly fee. Their search engine is bad, or rather their ranking is extremely bad. For simple queries you will get a lot of results and the meaningful results sometimes appear on the next page.

So I use google.

Say I need to search for a book named toad, I simply search for
> site:safari.oreilly.com toad

The problem with google is that I get a lot of results that are 'chapters' of this book. I want to know about other Toad books as well.

The urls of the results will look like:

safari.oreilly.com/0672324865

And those two repeating sets
safari.oreilly.com/0672324865/ch01
..
safari.oreilly.com/0672324865/ch12

safari.oreilly.com/0672324865/pref04
..
safari.oreilly.com/0672324865/pref09

How can I remove those resuts (without having to brute force through all the chapters – which reaches google's keyword limit)
