I found this URL used for the icons displayed next to files in Google Docs:
docs.google.com/images/doclist/icon_2_notebook.gif

It's also used for documents, spreadsheets and presentations:
docs.google.com/images/doclist/icon_2_doc.gif
docs.google.com/images/doclist/icon_2_spread.gif
docs.google.com/images/doclist/icon_2_pres.gif

hmmm... It would work well like Office OneNote or whatever it's called

Would it not just be an integration with Google Notebook?

[put at-character here]Tony, more like notebook would join GDocs

i think it makes sense. Google notebook isn't a very strong product on it's own (though very useful) but could be a great addition to the GDocs suite

I've always thought that Notebook should be Google's web clipboard.

I'm not so sure.

Google Notebook isn't directly comparable to the likes Office OneNote. GNotebook is more for "web clippings" (the reason why the bulk of it is based around the browser extension), whereas OneNote is more of a desktop planner, with a primary audience of Tablet PC users.

I can't see any advantage in containing GNotebook inside Google Docs apart from creating a bigger user base. GNotebook already has some integration with Docs (i think it has an export option) – what else could there be?

That's it-- a bigger use base. That's an advantage, and it will bring the users of Google Notbook, to GDocs. Also, there's no disadvantage.

Well... it could be used in gDocs as m$ lista
