When Google rolls out new services (like GMail 2) they sometimes also use whitelists to select some of the people who first get to try the new service. Who here agrees with me that any of the forum's top posters should be on a permanent whitelist? :D http://blogoscoped.com/forum/personrank.html |
It seems like that would be a great idea. But will sadly never happen. |
I didn't get the new Gmail interface in my accounts. |
It would be nice!! but wait: #33 is good enough to be a top poster? :P |
I still haven't got gmail2 |
me too but everyone will have it by the end of this weekend
and then after that we can all look forward to new features in the near future! |
I haven't got "Gmail 2.0", in fact, I only just got IMAP on one of my accounts a couple of days ago. |
I wish the link appears before saturday... IMAP is nice, but I preffer to use the online version! |
Yeah, I used to be a strict Microsoft Outlook user. But Gmail changed all of that for me. Who knew that you could have "awesome" webmail? Now I just want Gmail 2.0. |
Whitelist = GTT (google Trusted Tester)
:)- |
I better start posting more often!
Oh, and I got IMAP and 2.0 right away. Maybe I'm already on the Whitelist. |
/pd not quite :) GTT gets you access to services (and not necessarily all of them) that they're working on and might never release to the public
on the other hand they can whitelist anybody |
No Gmail 2 (though I know I'm not a top poster) ... and I think everyone now has IMAP because I'm pretty sure I was the last few to get it ... Gmail doesn't like me. |
I don't have it yet either i was just saying that we *should* be of the first to get it, not that we are |
Many people still saying "I haven't got Gmail2 yet"
Who has got it till now, anyone from GB? |
Don't worry about it. They started off with giving it to 1% of GMail users and it will reach 100% by beginning of next week |
Times like these I hate scalability. |
exactly why i started this thread ;) |
