Today morning when i browsed the adsense homepage i got this message
above their login box

Existing AdSense users:
Welcome! You're signed in to Google Accounts under the email smartjean4u @ gmail.com and your Google Account password, but this is different from your AdSense account email and/or password. If you're an AdSense publisher, try signing in using your AdSense email and password.

I haven't seen this on AdSense, but I used to see it on AdWords.

I wish I could change my AdSense to my Google Account though.

I got this kind of message each time I go on AdSense or AdWords homepage (I don't use my usual Google account for these services)

You can remove the "now" from your title, I see that since several months ;)

This has been around for years. If you have your Google accounts which has signed up and approved for AdSense or AdWords, you would be automatically logged in.

It's ironic that you can switch your AdSense email address to anything you like, except to a Gmail address.

I have seen this since beginning. It understands your gmail account but does not allows you to login to adsense.

Really ironic!
