Google adding images to SERPS

I'm not sure how long this has been happening, but I've only just spotted it. While searching for [ipod], Google added a picture from the first result next to the listing.

The image may be of an Apple Tv and not an iPod, but this does seem to be partial integration of the view:info -> images ability from Google Experimental.

This seems to be a video thumbnail, at least when you check the URL the image is linking, it includes "video_result". So in that sense it's a bit older...

I disable it on sites I trust wont litter my page with adverts or slow it down to an unbearable crawl at peak times (like on Digg), but since upgrading to FF3 I have lost all my settings.
