I'd probably go for "Live-Übertragung", though we also use the word "TV."

Well, tv is Fernsehen and Live in the sense of Live Tv is Live (I believe, might be wrong), so Livefernsehen.

Philipp might be able to correct me, my German is pretty poor.

Pokemo, it depends on the context. In the case of "Live TV" as in "real time TV transmission of some event" the correct translation may be to leave live English as is, as it's used in German language too. In other cases, e.g. "to live" would be the verb "leben". The word "real-time" would be "Echtzeit" as in "Echtzeit-Übertragung"/ "Echtzeitübertragung."
