My skins gadget was featured on this site when it was released a few months back. I have just released version 2 with some new features.

You can now setup rules to determine which skin to use. So now you can have iGoogle change its skin depending on
   – time of day
   – ip address
   – day of week
   – the weather
   – more criteria coming soon!

The gadget also features a "hidden" mode to free up more precious space on your iGoogle page. This version also has a number of performance improvements and bug fixes.
