One thing I stumbled upon the other day was a Wiki in the Google Apps Groups page, http://groups.google.com/group/apps-discuss/web . A “Wiki” link shows up on the side with Files and Discusisons. So far, I have only seen this in the Google Apps group and no others. Fitting as Wiki’s will be offered as part of Google Apps. Playing/editing with it is pretty easy with a nice WYSIWYG interface. Exciting! I’ve been waiting for Google to start offering their Wiki (former JotSpot) app.

Not actually new Jason. When you create a Google Group you can rename the links on the side. By default the 'Wiki' is labelled 'Pages', but it's essentially Wiki functionality. This stuff has been in Groups since the last major release, about a year or so ago I think.
The next step is to build Groups in to Google Apps. |
