Live documents which Google thinks as a threat to Google docs has been offered a huge amount, unofficial sources said.

The source says the company InstaColl has been offered around $22 million for the product.

Sabeer Bhatia (Hotmail Fame) is the man behind the new product Live Documents which collaborates MS Office files live with high security.

As it is based on flash, I can't understand how it ever could threat gDocs, zoho is the only threat for gDocs I know of...
