Yes. The only downside is they don't allow for a lot of shirt colors yet (mostly they have white, and some neon colors, as well as pink for women's shirts). There's also http://www.spreadshirt.com , but I find the interface a little too much to handle for a quick buy (they allow complete re-configuration of the shirt).

I'd watch it with the Alien Tongue mug considering it's most likely copyrighted by Douglas Adams and used in the "Hitchhicker's Guide to the Galaxy" book and movie.
