Seems it gives you a shortcut next to your subscribed link to Manage your subscriptions putting more focus on community content. Convenient.

One of my subscribed links is to Digg, and it has been very helpful. I wonder why more companies, especially news sites, don't take advantage of the SEO opportunity of subscribed links.
