Look at those dates

At it's peak, a new addition every month – or at least every few months.

Now 7 months have passed.

It may have been terminated – BUT WHY?!

I don't think it's been terminated; they've just slowed things down.

(Google went a bit crazy releasing new products in 2006 but now they're supposed to be focussing more energy on new features instead...)

Well, Google Experimental is a huge project and it could redefine the way we interact with search engines in a few years. BTW, there's a link at the bottom of Google's SERPs that asks you to try Google Experimental .

Yeah... the last-modified date is Thu,·25·Oct·2007·23:30:09·GMT & experimental just added "Keyword Suggestions" a few weeks ago. Don't think labs is on the way out.

Seems like busy managing old projects only
no time for new things

Yeah, new things are in the works, I guarantee it. Think of what they have in hand right now, though. A hell of a lot of product integration, new features and upgrades.
