interesting spin here.. it will be settled out of court!

The article says that they were cleared on the AdSense charges – It's only two on AutoLink. They were originally rejected but the Appeal went through.

Interesting to know that it says they tried to sue Microsoft for 2 billion and lost – so it's prob. just another company trying to pull any money out of big companies that they could.

Being sued for a feature that nobody use, it's hard to believe :-|
