When can we start making themes?

I don't see Watery Region, Green, Purple and Orange in the directory.

Ionut, at first I thought it depended on which server I was hitting but it looks like I could see more because I was sorting them by "Most users" like this:

http://www.google.com/ig/directory?type=themes&sort=users

That also return these three "test skins" too:

World Daylight Map By Yves Behar
http://www.google.com/ig/directory?type=themes&url=http://www.corp.google.com/~jesses/skin_api/fuse.xml

My skin By Jesse S.
http://www.google.com/ig/directory?type=themes&url=http://jesseshieh.com/test/skins/taffy/test.xml

Jesse Shieh By Jesse
http://www.google.com/ig/directory?type=themes&url=http://jesseshieh.com/test/skins/jesse.xml

Right now! Download the Theme XML template from here:

http://code.google.com/apis/themes/

And submit your theme here:

[Just updated the post to reflect the recent post to the Google Code blog.]

[put at-character here]Tony:
Interesting. I thought I found some new themes here:
http://themeapi.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/
but they're available in the view you mentioned.

I don't see the skateboard theme listed anywhere. Also the German astronaut theme isn't available either. I'm glad there is finally a way for users to create their own themes though. :)

It seems like they've now removed most of the additional skins which I'd found when viewing them by user. Looks like someone messed up when putting things live again...

[Just added an update to the post to reflect this.]

Those themes were rendering REALLY weird at work. Now at home, it looks fine. Gonna look under the hood.

The only new ones I see in SF Bay are:

Earth-Light-----Fantastic looking

Simplicity is Complex------also nice

Winterscape..Lollipopland..Supermoto....and Countryside.

OK, here is the weirdness. Sometimes page renders like this.

[put at-character here]Brinke, I see that occasionally on my iphone when I would try to see my iGoogle page on my phone.

Ok, everytime I go from a tab that had one of the old themes to one with one of the new themes, I get the similar page that Brinke gets. I'm using IE 6 on an old laptop and its getting pretty annoying. I never had issues before viewing a page with the old themes. Why are the new themes breaking the page? A simple refresh corrects the problem but its annoying.
