I still don't get how "Reader" showed up under "My Account" since I don't use it and never have...I prefer all my RSS's grouped by tab on iG page.

But now..I see 'New Service." Which takes you here:
http://www.google.com/a/

I've had that too for a very long time. I think it's from trying one of those google services that aren't open to the public. I'm not sure which one. It shows up in your account but you can't use it.

Me too. It's linking to Google Apps (google.com/a)

Of course the new "Google Office" for everyone!?

It's for Google Apps. I've had it in my account for ages too.

And I've got another "New Service" which appears just beneath it linking to:

http://desktop.google.com/

Maybe GD is related to Search Across Computers.

I have the 'New Service' listing under My Account also. I don't remember seeing this listed before though.

I've just checked... I've had this in my account page since at least 12 November 2007.

OK, I just got it today. The question should be: who doesn't have this link in their account? If it has been added to all accounts few hours ago, it can be a sign...

How did you check that Tony?

I checked an old screenshot I made.

What do you mean? They're three different services...

new service is OK
but whats the difference between SSD & iGoogle?

I basically don't use iGoogle much, so ignorance excused

I guess the main difference is that nobody really knows what the SSD service is for...

Maybe "SSD" is for http://www.google.com/tisp/ :)

The 'new service' item in My Account now shows up as News with a new icon.

No it's not – it's just disappeared. News has been there for ages.
