A bubble, like any other membrane in an organic system will expand to its limits and thereafter the impetus will tear the membrane apart. Thats the fact and that why Google is on the downward spiral..slowly but surely..

Google Coop is barely existent. Social search happens every day but rarely at Google.

Every time after quarter earnings are a bit on the downside I read comments like these:
WOOT! Google has just grown a mere 28%, not 29% as expected. SELL SELL, they are no longer growing, Google is going down etc.

Seriously, is 30% annual growth for a company of that size not enough?

Maybe they screwed up the numbers in MySpace deal, but that's a 4 year contract and still plenty of time to improve the situation. If not, hell they can afford losing a buck on MySpace deal and make up for it somewhere else.

- comments that usually lead back to the same kinds of Web sites you most commonly see advertised in junk e-mail.

   Substantively, she is by far the largest bottleneck in the company, and she likes it that way. She keeps people waiting outside her office for hours, she only focuses on projects that will generate her PR, and she will make compromises to those projects to ensure she maximizes her personal PR. If you aren't getting this, you simply are not asking around, and your puff pieces on her, seem like they are scripted by Google's PR machine. Considering how you lambaste other Googlers, this absence is shocking. All of us are hoping she does leave within 2 years, and perhaps with some negative PR it will be sooner.
