Does anyone know when the release date is set to be for the final of Firefox 3?

It will get released when they are ready to release it. The Mozilla team would rather delay the browser release a few months rather than push out a rather buggy piece of software. In 2007 they were hinting at an early 2008 release of Firefox 3.

I'm sure Google is deady and waiting for the lauching of Firefox 3 to release the new Google Toolbar for Firefox (an adaptation of the IE one). And the release of the Notebook add-on can be used as a test. Perhaps.

The Notebook add-on will probably be discontinued since the functionality will be integrated into Google Toolbar.
