Is this launch a type of beta service for all Gmail users in the future? I.e. not solely for the Premier Apps and Education Edition developers/ users?
Also: what email formats are supported apart from RFC 822? |

Most probably, no. I'm guessing it uses the Email Migration API which has the same requirements.
