Wow, this story is more than 2 years old. Search for "google belarus" and find a lot of existing and very old references to this domain and the ads displayed on it. My guess would be that Google tried to shut it down, but ran into international judicial boundaries.

Google should at least try to get the use of their trademark stopped.
