1. A searchbot may never expose a page which is excluded via "robots.txt".
2. A searchbot must listen to restrictions put forth by its programmer, unless this collides with law number 1.
3. A searchbot must find new pages on its own, unless this collides with rule number 1 or 2.

I don't think this would make for a very exciting movie though...
