What Photoshop? MM looks like any pretty young woman, never mind one at the top of tech Ziggurat, is supposed to look when posing for a demurre publicity shot in a rag (women, Philipp, have long cracked the art of amplifying their beauty without resort to any digital FX whatsoever!!!). Marissa was not Google's first woman developer. If I recall correctly, that distinction goes to Lori Park, who was one of the first 10 hires, perhaps number 8, coming to Google from Juno Online. As to Marissa being employee number 20, that seems about right.
