Interesting. "Mărţişor" is a Romanian word, derived from "Martie" (March), so Google should've changed the query for Bulgaria and Greece. |
Bulgarians are upset:
<<Dear Google team,
is the first of march and we have the national holidays Baba Marta in Bulgaria.
When i open google.bg i was surprised by the nice logo corresponding to the traditional event.
What surprised me more is that the logo was linking to wikipedia article about the Mărţişor and not Martenitsa which is the original name for the bulgarian celebration.
I was always thinking that opening google.bg will bring me real localization support in text, images and really everything. Is there a way to correct this?
Let me know,
Sincerely yours,
Velian>>
